Although we can alter our soul assignments, being a spiritual being in a human body can be difficult, especially with regulating emotions. I was not born would an instruction manual - it has taken me since I was a teen, almost 20 years, to live a free, peaceful life.

Today, I choose high-vibe prana foods.

I align with the frequencies that match my desires.

Vee’s Story

I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease in Spring 2021. Skin cancer is in my genetics, and I’ve been treated since 2015 and continue to be treated.

I have gone through several fluctuations in my health (and weight), and my daily practices keep me grounded.

I’ve studied Ayurvedic Alchemy for the past five years and have been teaching spiritually for over 15 years.
