This planet we call Earth is not easy. And most certainly not for the weak.
Although we can alter our soul assignments, being a spiritual being in a human body can be difficult, especially with regulating emotions. I was not born with an instruction manual - it has taken me since I was a teen, almost 20 years, to live a free, peaceful life.
My body is a temple.
I practice an Ayurvedic lifestyle staying mindful of chemicals, fabrics, and especially scents.
I align with my frequencies to match my desires. For me there is no other way.
Vee’s Story
I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease in Spring 2021. Skin cancer is in my genetics, and I’ve been treated since 2015 and continue to be treated.

I have gone through several fluctuations in my health (and weight), and my daily practices keep me grounded.
I’ve studied Ayurvedic Alchemy for the past five years and have been teaching spiritually for over 15 years.
